CALIFORNIA SENATE PASSES COMMON SPACE BILL

The California Senate passed the third reading of AB-2980, which would allow cannabis businesses with separate licenses to share common use areas such as a bathroom, breakroom, locker room, hallway, or loading dock so long as the licensees comply with all regulations.
