Medical marijuana dispensaries can be located in one of eight (8) regions that are located within a 50 mile straight line radius from North Dakota: Bismarck-Mandan, Devils Lake, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, Jamestown, Minot, and Williston. North Dakota is accepting applications for one dispensary in the Grand Forks region and one dispensary in the Williston region.
