North Dakota to Accept Applications for 4 Dispensaries In January

The North Dakota Department of Health, Division of Medical Marijuana has announced that it will accept four additional dispensary applications in January for the Devils Lake, Dickinson, Jamestown, and Minot regions.

The Division started accepting applications for the Grand Forks and Williston regions on September 12, 2018. The period for submitting an application will close on October 10, 2018 at 3 p.m. central time. The Division will make a decision on the recipients of the dispensary licenses in November.
