North Dakota Received 19 Applications for 4 Dispensary Licenses

The North Dakota Department of Health announced that it received 19 applications for the open dispensary licenses. The Application Review Panel will review and score the applications, and the selected entities will be notified in mid-November. The Application Review Panel is scheduled to meet tomorrow morning.
