New licensees may face sanctions or fines if they fail, within 30 days, to (1) enter the inventory into the state’s seed-to-sale tracking system; (2) growers and processors must test marijuana product prior to transfer to a retail dispensary, and (3) retail establishments must obtain a written acknowledgement from patients or caregivers’s prior to selling untested marijuana product.
