North Dakota will officially accept applications from qualifying patients and caregivers for medical marijuana on the morning of October 29th. Caregivers must undergo a criminal background check prior to receiving a registry identification card. North Dakota will not publish a list of doctors who are providing a written certification for medical marijuana.
