Michigan: Temporary #Cannabis Shops Must Cease Operations Next Wednesday

The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Department (LARA) will hold a meeting on Monday, October 29th to approve medical marijuana license applicants ahead of a October 31st deadline that requires non-licensed medical marijuana establishments to cease operations. Lara scheduled this meeting, in addition to the regulatory scheduled LARA meeting that was held on October 18th in order to approve the backlog of applications. Following this meeting, non-licensed medical marijuana establishments must shut down operations by October 31st or face criminal charges.
