Cannabis Regulatory Meeting Tracker 11/08: Big Post Election Day with 13 meetings in California, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio and Oregon

There are thirteen (13) cannabis regulatory meetings being held tomorrow in California, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio and Oregon. Links to the meeting details and agendas are provided below.

Highlights about the meetings include:

The California Cannabis Advisory Committee will discuss the Advisory Committee’s annual report
The California Water Board will hold a public meeting to review the cannabis cultivation policy and the cannabis cultivation general order. Public comments are being accepted until November 27th.
Mendocino and Tahoe will review zoning amendments and extension of a marijuana moratorium
The Massachusetts Cannabis Advisory Committee will meet to discuss the subcommittee reports for comments and recommendations with regards to the Medical Use Marijuana Regulations. The advisory group will also discuss various issues with regards to social consumption, delivery, workplace safety
The Michigan Marijuana Licensing Board will continue to review and approval medical marijuana establishment applications. This process has become increasingly high profile as Michigan suffered its second loss in court when it attempted to close down temporary establishments ahead of a December 15th deadline
The Ohio Medical Marijuana Advisory Committee will meet to receive an update on the implementation of the medical marijuana program.
Other cities in Maine, Massachusetts and Oregon will review amendments to Zoning Ordinances and review of special use permits
