Both medical marijuana bills expand the rights of medical marijuana patients and caregivers including access to medical marijuana. The bills, [S. 10](https://www.njleg.state.nj.us/BillView.asp) and [S. 2426](https://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2018/Bills/S2500/2426_I1.PDF), expand the number of qualifying conditions by removing the requirement that a condition be debilitating, and S. 2426 allows access to medical marijuana for any medical diagnosis.
