Michigan Issues Advisory Bulletin on Max THC Limits for Medical Cannabis Infused Products

The Michigan Bureau of Medical Marihuana Regulation (Bureau) has issued an Advisory Bulletin outlining the maximum THC limits for medical cannabis infused products. The Bureau reduced the max THC concentration per edible container contained in the emergency rules in order to be more in line with Washington and Oregon. The chart below outlines the list of infused products and the corresponding THC limit.
