Michigan Entrepreneurs: Bay City Increases Number of Available Medical Dispensary Licenses from 25 to 50

Bay City, Michigan amended its medical marijuana ordinance to increase the allowed number of dispensary licenses from 25 to 50 during a meeting on January 7, 2019. Interested parties may submit an application. Bay City charges a $5,000 annual nonrefundable fee for each licensed facility.
