The bulletin reminded licensees that the Office of Cannabis may enter and inspect any cannabis establishment or vehicle used for deliveries or distribution for compliance with regulatory obligations. The Office of Cannabis will pursue rule violations that produce (1) actual harm, (2) unacceptable risk of harm or (3) fraud or deception.
