As written, [LD1013](http://legislature.maine.gov/legis/bills/bills_129th/billtexts/SP029201.asp) makes no exception for medical use marijuana. [LD1013](http://legislature.maine.gov/legis/bills/bills_129th/billtexts/SP029201.asp) was referred to the Committee on Labor and Housing on February 26 and a public hearing will be held March 11th.
