The City of Adelanto is moving forward with Expressway Mart, a ground-up commercial redevelopment positioned at the southwest corner of Air Expressway and Adelanto Road—a high-visibility arterial serving the city’s Business Park district. Approved by the Planning Commission in December 2025, the project replaces an aging single-tenant structure with a contemporary fuel, retail, and food-service offering designed to capture both commuter and local demand.
