The North Dakota Department of Health is accepting applications for the provision of two (2) medical marijuana dispensaries, which are due by October 10, 2018 at 3:00pm. Medical marijuana dispensaries can be located in one of eight (8) regions that are located within a 50 mile straight line radius from North Dakota: Bismarck-Mandan, Devils Lake, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, Jamestown, Minot, and Williston. North Dakota is accepting applications for one dispensary in the Grand Forks region and one dispensary in the Williston region. In North Dakota, a legal entity may only hold one registration certificate.
